- Our contractor supervision will bring your Property Manager to supervise all contracted maintenance, including painting, decorating, plumbing, electrical work, snow removal, and landscaping.
- Our major work research and proposals are extremely detailed and are backed by professional engineering or structural opinions. Major work is not something to be taken lightly, so with our knowledge of established vendors, you can be sure you have the best person for the job.
There are many more services we offer at LMS, not the least of which are our dedicated Property Managers. Your property will be assigned a PM who will visit and inspect the property regularly, and visit at least once every week. The Property Manager also supervises contractors, vendors, and acts as a liaison to your Board of Directors.
