Lieberman Management Services is proud to manage Skybridge, a 38-story luxury condominium building in the West Loop of Chicago.
This modern high-rise building consists of 223 units, a rooftop garden, a Whole Foods on the bottom floor. The 36th floor contains a workout facility for tenants and a roof-top garden space. The building was designed by Perkins and Will.
The building won the 2003 Emporis Skyscraper award and was featured in Chicago magazine’s “Where to Buy Now” feature story. From the 10th floor to the roof, the building splits into two towers – a glass hallway connects the two towers at the top of the building; hence the name Skybridge. It is the tallest building west of the Dan Ryan Expressway.
LMS began proudly managing the Skybridge Condominium Association in the fall of 2014.
