Mallard Cove Community in Arlington Heights bid farewell to summer with their association pool party on Saturday, August 26. This family event was a huge success, with games such as the balloon toss, games, bingo, and a barbecue.
This party was a partnership between residents and the businesses that serve them. There were approximately 200 residents in attendance with approximately 70 of them being children, and the families had a great opportunity to mingle and play before summer ended. Even the Seniors at Mallard Cove got into the action and had their own competitive bingo game. Residents danced and played on the pool deck; even light rain didn’t stop the fun!
The Lieberman onsite managers, Karyn Radek and Ewa Perkowski, put in hours of work for the celebration. “Mallard Cove has the very best residents and is a wonderful neighborhood in Arlington Heights,” said Radek. “Costco provided appetizers, Comcast provided drinks, sunglasses and water bottles, LMS provided the music and vendors contributed gift cards, White Sox tickets and other various fun presents to make the day more enjoyable.”
Community spirit is alive and well at Mallard Cove. To learn about how your Homeowners Association can connect residents with events like these, contact your board of directors or LMS manager to get started.
