Kingsbrooke of Palatine is located on East Old Hicks Road south of Lake Cook Road, where its 45 separate two-story townhome buildings house 340 condominiums and occupy 23 landscaped acres. The development was built as condominiums by Pasquinelli Homes from 1981 to 1984. The buildings are concrete construction with brick and stucco façades, and the condominiums range in size from two bedrooms with one bath or two bedrooms with two baths to three bedrooms with two baths. The buildings also feature attached garages.
Osage Park and the Deer Park Forest Preserve are close to Kingsbrooke of Palatine, and the Deer Park Mall, several food stores and numerous restaurants are also located nearby, as well as the Union Pacific/Northwest Line Metra station for convenient transportation.
All services, such as landscaping, are provided by outside contractors. The property is ably managed by Katie Lawson. Kingsbrooke of Palatine has a seven-member Board of Directors that meets once a month, and the Association is proud to be an active participant in the Palatine Crime Free Multi Housing Program.
